SKIRA IN GENEVA : THE TIME OF THE ARTISTS. PHOTOGRAPHS BY DAVID KRONIG (1923–1993)
Born in England, Kronig lived in Geneva during World War II, left, then returned between 1953 and 1964 to work with the art publisher Albert Skira. He immersed himself in the city’s manifold cultural life, between jazz concerts and good times spent with his artist and writer friends, who included Giacometti, Jean Mohr, and Nicolas Bouvier.
