RVB is presenting a current piece that brings together two artists who first met in the world of cinema and curiously enough have come together again in a contemporary art gallery. The paths that Jean Jeanneret and Denis Jutzeler have followed have led them to very special experiments in their medium. Jeanneret’s output is simplicity itself. His images, printed out in acrylic, show basic forms and colors that could take us back to our childhood and all that is essential. In Jutzeler’s work, all the complexity, experimentation, and infinite layers of images achieve a rare beauty.
