DIGITAL RADAR CAMERA SYSTEM – NOTHING HAPPENED YET
The Zurich police regularly carry out speed controls. Strict rules apply: angle and settings of the camera are precisely predefined to take a legally valid photograph. A control picture of the empty street section is done. It will serve as a proof that the camera never moved during the shoot. Constraints and pragmatism—instead of aesthetic decisions— result in photographs of a remarkable peculiarity and blurry authorship.
